• Information you give us: your name, mobile number and email address, along with property requirements such as preferred city and area, budget, configuration, purpose and any message you share through enquiry, site visit, callback and contact forms.
• Loan assistance enquiries: details you share about your financing requirement, property value, property status or lease rental, so the relevant loan team can respond.
• Accounts and registrations: your mobile number for one-time password (OTP) sign-in, and the business, contact and document details channel partners provide when registering.
• Job applications: the details and resume you submit through our Careers page.
• Information collected automatically: technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, which our servers record to keep the platform secure and working.
• Information from others: details shared by a channel partner or developer who registers an enquiry on your behalf.

• With the developer of a project you enquire about or ask to visit.
• With the channel partner or Choice Proptech team member assigned to your enquiry.
• With Choice Group companies or partner lenders, when you ask for loan assistance.
• With service providers who help us run the platform, such as hosting, messaging and calling services, under confidentiality obligations.
• With authorities, where required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.

When you submit an enquiry or agree to be contacted, our team, or the developer or channel partner handling your enquiry, may reach you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about that requirement. You can ask us to stop non-essential communication at any time using the contact details below.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and the platform secure. Your wishlist, comparison list and recently viewed properties are saved in your own browser so they are there when you return; they stay on your device and are not sent to us.
